The completion of this project was the result of a beautiful collaboration between Ion Art, Page/Dyal, and Ardent Residential.

At Palo Verde, we were presented with a challenge to build letters 16-1/2 in. H x 8 in. deep in a narrow stroke font. Our fabricators rose to the challenge and executed the letters flawlessly. Our team worked with the client to provide installation solutions and design tweaks that allowed the design to remain true to Page/Dyal’s intent. Palo Verde is Phase II of a project developed by Ardent Residential in Oak Hill. We are extremely proud of the outcome of this job, and the seamless communication between all entities involved in its development. (2018)
