In 2016 Stratus Properties reached out to Ion Art for this impressive retail development on RR 620. Ion Art was responsible not only for designing, fabricating, and installing these beautiful multi-tenant monuments, but also for developing the sign criteria for tenants in keeping with Lakeway's sign code and color palette.
